Once an order has been processed, we cannot upgrade or change the shipping method. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.
Please be advised that carriers may require a signature for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and they will not be left at the door).
At this time, Hartmann does not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or internationally.
International Shopping:
If you use a freight forwarder or ship to a non-residential address (such as a hotel) Hartmann is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered. This means that Hartmann is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to a freight forwarder or non-residential address. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.
